Consumer guidance
Torsby has an agreement with Karlstad Municipality to provide consumer guidance for our residents.
Are you a resident of Torsby Municipality and do you need advice when you purchase goods or services or do you have a complaint about goods or services you purchased?
Consumer guidance is available as a municipal service to those who need help or advise before purchase and to those who encounter problems afterwards. This service is impartial and free of charge. Do not hesitate to make an appointment.
